How can I track my order?
Once you place an order, you will receive an email containing the shipping information and this includes your tracking number. You can only track your orders on www.usps.com. If you need further assistance, do not hesitate to email us your Order Number and question(s) to email@example.com.
How quickly will I receive my order?
We make every effort to ship orders within 24 hours. Sometimes it may take us as long as 36-48 hours but you can rest assured knowing we are working as hard as we can to ensure your order is fulfilled in a timely manner.
Once your order is shipped, allow 2-3 days for USPS delivery.
Does Katalist Accessories ship to my location?
We ship everywhere. We ship via USPS within the U.S. and Internationally.
If you are an international customer, you can use Google Checkout to render payment or the "Cash On Delivery" option. If you use the COD option as payment, we will contact you with your shipping information/costs and to retrieve your credit card information. We can not accept International orders through PayPal.
Will my order come all at once or in multiple shipments?
If all of the items you purchased are available, you will receive the complete order. If one or more of the items you ordered is on back-order, we will ship all other available items in your order and ship your back-ordered item(s) free of charge when they become available.
If you place multiple orders on www.katalistonline.com at different times, please contact us to determine whether your orders can be combined. If your orders are placed the same day, we can definitely combine the orders and ship them together.
What if I received a damaged item?
In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org. It is necessary to keep all shipping documentation and original packaging.
We will be happy to correct the situation and ensure you are satisfied.
Can I place my order by phone?
We do accept phone orders. You may call us directly at 877.693.2488. If we are unavailable for your call, please leave a message with a call-back number as well as a good time to reach you. We will call you at your specified Day and Time to take your phone order.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
Please contact us immediately by sending an email to email@example.com. We will determine whether the order has shipped. If it hasn't shipped, we will make any necessary changes.

The codes help you get your jewelry for less. You will get discounts from 10% up to 40% off regularly priced items depending on the code.
To receive Katalist codes, you must be subscribed to our newsletter. If you have previously placed an order from us, you are automatically subscribed to the newsletter unless you have requested not to be.
