We offer shipping through U.S. Postal Service. To place an expedited shipping order, we offer shipping via FedEx. Please contact one of our accessorizers at 954.779.6260 between 9 am to 9 pm Eastern Standard time. You can place your order online and select COD as payment and then call us or for your convenience, your order can be processed right over the phone. The cost of the expedited shipping will then be added to your order.
We are not responsible for late packages due to FedEx. Claims will need to be taken up with the company delivering. We guarantee to ship our products within the time promised.
A Top Accessorizer will contact you for shipping information accuracy and payment information if you are placing an international order.
SHIPPING POLICIES AND RULES:
Please expect a 24-48 hour order processing period on all orders.
If an item is on back-order and is part of a larger order, we will ship the other items in the order immediately. Once the item on back-order is in stock, you will be notified and we will ship the back-order item Parcel Post at no extra charge.
If your order consists of all back-order items, we will notify you and work out a plan of action.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your item(s) within 15 days from the date you receive them. We offer either exchange (you will be have to pay the return shipping costs), store credit or a refund. Returns or exchanges for other than damaged goods may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
